At ‘Saint Omer’ Hospital the local vernacular, with its characteristic roofs, is skillfully blended with a modern architecture whose transparacy put it in close relation with the various hospital services and the forested surroundings. The new hospital interior incorporates the history and traces of the precedent building which has been remodelled into a succesful contemporary design.
